I am a native of Kansas City, Missouri and have lived in Texas the past six years. I graduated from the University of Central Missouri in May 2001 with a Bachelor or Arts in Music Education. I took the last few years to start a family and help my husband, Ernie, in church work as a secretary. My days are spent with Ernie and keeping up with our four kids; Bianca, Eliana, Malachi, and Gabriela. We are truly blessed with every moment we share with our kids.

I have lived in the Waco area most of my life, and I am proud to call it home. My world revolves around my husband, Jason and our two sons, Kyson & Kolt. We continue to be amazed each day by the way they are growing, changing, and each forming their own personalities. We are truly blessed to be their parents.
Jason farms in the Riesel/Mart area, so the boys get to spend many hours in the buddy seat of the tractor or combine-and that means I get some "free" time! I guess daddy is hard at work to raise a couple of farm hands.
We are members of the Mart United Methodist Church, where we enjoy teaching the high school Sunday school class. When I'm not changing diapers or chasing babies, I'm hard at work to make your real estate dreams come true. I also teach an online class at MCC in the Real Estate department, and I love it!
I am thankful to have a career that allows me to spend time with your family and mine. I enjoy helping my friends, family, and neighbors reach their dreams, so, to me, that means being here not only as your real estate consultant, but your friend, too.

I am a Hewitt Native. I graduated from Midway in 1990. After getting my Associates Degree in Business Management, I decided to get into insurance. I was in the insurance business for the past fifteen years. Eleven of which was with State Farm. I am still fully licensed in insurance but only on a consultant basis.
In March of 2005 I married Leslie, my best friend and the love of my life. He has his own lawn and landscape business, “Changing Seasons”.
We have two handsome and loving boys, Zachary which is thirteen and Cameron which is eleven. I was blessed to have adopted them in December of 2006. It was the best Christmas gift we could have ever asked for. We currently reside in Lorena.
We are all very excited that I am in the Real Estate business and to be part of the Premier Team at EREC. I have always enjoyed meeting, helping and working with people. I grew up in a small town in south central Texas named Yoakum. I moved to Waco in December of 1998 to begin school at TSTC and fell in love with Waco and Central Texas. Upon completion of my program in 2000 I took a job in Tyler, TX working as a Junior Field Engineer in the oil field industry. I moved back to Waco in June of 2001 after marrying my wife and began working on a career in the electric metering industry.
Real Estate Consulting has been a dream of mine all along. I have always been fascinated with the idea of helping people buy and sell property. After five years in the metering industry I began to work on obtaining my Real Estate License. In April of 2007 the process was over and I began working with the Premier Realtors team. I have since quit the metering industry and am focusing solely on Real Estate.

Deb Maher, daughter of a Colonel in the US Army, grew up in Killen , Texas . At 17, she moved to Southern California to pursue her goals in Real Estate and the Airline Industry. She ran a branch office for California Land Title where Wilt Chamberlain was spokes person. She moved back to Austin , Texas in 1981 and worked for one of the oldest Texas title companies by day and Delta Airlines by night. In the 1980’s the economy plummeted in both industries and Deb became what she still is today- an entrepreneur. By 1990, she was already an investor and small business owner.
